Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Han Studios ("we", "our", "us"), including our website at hanstudioskh.com, client portals, content management platform, and social media publishing services.

1. Services

Han Studios provides premium video production and content management services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Video production (short-form and long-form content)
• Content strategy and campaign planning
• Social media content scheduling and publishing
• Graphic design (posters, image albums)
• Client portal access for deliverable review and approval

2. Client Agreements

All production work is governed by individual client service agreements that specify deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms. These Terms supplement but do not replace individual client agreements. In the event of a conflict, the client agreement takes precedence.

3. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement:

• Content produced by Han Studios is owned by the client upon full payment of applicable fees
• Han Studios retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless the client opts out in writing
• Raw footage, project files, and working documents remain the property of Han Studios unless explicitly transferred

4. Social Media Publishing Authorization

When clients authorize Han Studios to publish content on their social media accounts:

• The client grants us permission to access their accounts solely for scheduling and publishing pre-approved content
• All content must be approved by the client through our portal or in writing before publishing
• The client may revoke publishing authorization at any time
• Han Studios is not responsible for platform-specific restrictions, algorithm changes, or account actions taken by the social media platform
• The client remains the owner and administrator of their social media accounts at all times

5. Approval and Revisions

Our standard workflow includes:

• Two rounds of revisions per deliverable included in standard packages
• Client review and approval through our portal or written communication
• Content is only published after explicit client approval
• Additional revision rounds may incur additional fees as specified in the client agreement

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. General terms include:

• Monthly retainer fees are due as specified in the client agreement
• Invoices are issued through our internal system and delivered electronically
• Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, unreleased content, and access credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Han Studios shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from social media platform changes, outages, or policy updates beyond our control
• Content performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) unless specific guarantees are made in the client agreement
• Delays caused by client-side factors (late approvals, incomplete briefs, unavailable talent)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices become due immediately
• Social media access tokens will be revoked
• Final deliverables for work completed will be provided
• Client data will be retained for 12 months per our Privacy Policy, then deleted upon request

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
