We collect information necessary to provide our video production and content management services:

• Account and contact information (name, email, phone number) provided by clients during onboarding
• Social media account credentials and access tokens provided by clients for content publishing on their behalf
• Content assets (videos, images, captions) created by our team or uploaded by clients
• Usage data from our internal dashboards and tools (page views, feature usage)
• Portal access codes used for client authentication

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Produce, schedule, and publish content on behalf of our clients across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Manage production schedules, invoicing, and client communications
• Operate our internal project management and content delivery systems
• Improve our services and resolve technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Meta Platforms (Instagram Graph API, Facebook Pages API) for content publishing
• TikTok (Content Posting API) for video publishing
• Google (Drive API, Calendar API) for asset storage and scheduling
• Airtable for project and client data management
• Cloudflare for hosting and API services
• Squarespace for website hosting
• Telegram for internal team communications
• OpenAI for AI-assisted operations

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share data with these services as necessary to provide our contracted services to clients.

4. Social Media Publishing

When clients authorize us to publish content on their social media accounts, we access their accounts solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing pre-approved content. We do not:

• Access private messages or personal data from client social media accounts
• Scrape, aggregate, or redistribute any social media content
• Use client social media access for any purpose other than contracted content publishing
• Share client social media credentials with any third party

5. Data Storage and Security

Client data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Our data infrastructure uses encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, and regular security reviews. Access to client data is limited to authorized Han Studios team members on a need-to-know basis.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of our service agreement plus 12 months. After termination of services, clients may request deletion of their data. Social media access tokens are revoked upon termination of the service agreement.

7. Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about them
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their data
• Revoke social media publishing authorization at any time
• Receive a copy of their data in a portable format

8. Cookies

Our portals use session-based authentication tokens stored in browser session storage. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
